To provide accurate agricultural analysis and insights, our App requires access to specific hardware and software features on your mobile device. We only collect and process this data when it is directly necessary for providing our services.

Camera Access

Our App requests explicit permission to access your device’s camera to capture real-time images of crops, leaves, or plots.

Purpose: Captured images are processed to run image-based diagnostics, crop health analysis, and growth monitoring features.
Control: Camera access is entirely user-initiated. We never activate your camera or capture images in the background.
Sharing: Images uploaded for analysis are processed securely and are not shared with third parties without your explicit intent.

Location Access

Our App requests permission to access your device’s geographical location (GPS and network-based location data).

Purpose: Location coordinates are attached to your crop analyses to provide region-specific insights, weather data mapping, localized soil intelligence, and history tracking per agricultural plot.
Control: We do not track your location continuously. Location coordinates are fetched only at the precise moment you log an analysis or save a plot profile.
Sharing: Your precise location data is kept secure and is never sold, traded, or shared with external advertising networks.

2. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal and agricultural data from accidental loss and unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Encryption: Data transmitted between the App and our backend servers is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.
Retention: We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the App’s core functionalities.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal identification or analytical data to third parties. We may only disclose aggregated, anonymized demographic or regional data that cannot be linked back to any individual user for broader agricultural research or platform optimization.

4. User Rights and Controls

You hold complete autonomy over your data and device permissions:

Device Permissions: You can grant, deny, or completely revoke camera and location permissions at any time via your device’s system settings. Please note that disabling these permissions will restrict key features like live image processing and plot mapping.
Data Access & Rectification: You can review and update your profile information directly inside the App settings.

5. Account and Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data from our servers at any time.

The Registered Phone Number associated with your account

Upon receiving your email, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion request within 7 business days. Once processed, this action is irreversible, and all stored crop data, photos, and history will be permanently wiped from our active databases.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is designed for commercial and professional agricultural activities and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal data, we will notify you through a notice within the App or by updating the revision date at the top of this page.
